We got in as soon as we were given the "Go"! It was a sure fun time to swim and play. We are still waiting on all of the "finishing touches" to be done with the pool and we are also doing the landscaping right now. But it should be finished finished by next Wednesday, a day before my parents come into town for Madisen's baptism. When we signed for the pool, they were giving a free kitchen with it, which is why we have an outdoor kitchen. I think we'll probably live out here in the backyard for 9 months of the year. Come and visit us anytime!

How fun! I love the shallow end for the little ones. Have fun with your family in town!
woah awesome! i can't wait to come down to visit!
Awesome! We won't be making it down for Thanksgiving, but Charlie and I are planning a trip down in the early part of next year (Feb or March). . .if you'll have us. Hope you're able to float in your new pool - it always felt good to me when I was pregnant.
WHAT?! Okay, I just read Rachels comment...and we were thinking of possibly coming in March of next year? Now you guys are so cool, everyone wants to come! Doesn't it hurt that it takes something like this finally gets people to come?! Jk....I wish we could have come earlier and if it makes any difference, we've been trying to come for over a year now (before we ever knew the pool plans even existed!)But really, Matt has a week of vacay in March sometime. If we can afford it, and you'll take us, can we come then?! Free photos!!! :)btw, it looks gorgeous!!!!!
The pool looks awesome! So glad that you guys will get to use it basically all year long.
Ok, so I feel really lame. I had not idea that you were blogging. I haven't checked your blog forever and apparently I have miss tons! Your family is beautiful and your kids are so grown up. It looks like you have found a great house and neighborhood. The pool looks great too! Maybe we'll have to make a trip to Texas! :) -Shauna
Anyone and everyone is always invited to visit Texas. We'll show you all the fun things to see. The best times to come are not in the summer time. It's the end of October and it will be 88 degrees this week. Not my favorite, but at least the kids are entertained by the pool :)
