Here are some pictures of my very clean house today. I had a potluck group come to my house last night, so I worked very hard to get my house perfect. Now the topic of painting in our house is a big joke, well maybe not a joke anymore. First it was a nasty green which I regretted the minute we were done. Then we had to prime over that to go with a dark blue. Well, the blue was pretty, but not fitting for such a large room. So we lived with the blue for 4 months. And finally I decide Yellow would be my last color. Well, we had to put on 4 coats of primer to cover the blue and then finally the yellow color. It's brighter than I had thought it would be, but it's great and it stays the rest of time here. Doug was so kind to even come home from work a couple hours early this week to help finish the priming and painting. And leaving work early never happens so he must love me or something. After we were done painting, we began putting the house together. I went the next day and bought an entry table, which I've been wanting in any house for a long time. I bought it and put it together without Doug, which was fun. And I also love my entry because it has three pictures of my beautiful kids. I am very satisfied with my house right now. It has taken a whole year to get to this point, so I'm glad it has come. We also moved the girls to a new room and painted their room last week, to get done before school started. I have to paint flowers on their walls still, but I'll try to post some pics of their room soon. It's the perfect girl room.

I love the pictures! Your home is so beautiful. You've done a great job decorating...and painting. :)
It was so great to see you last month, I wish we could have spent more time talking. Good luck with the pregnancy and congratulations again. Jon will be jealous you are having another boy. :)
Your house looks gorgeous--we still don't have anything hanging on our current house walls 1 and a half years after our move-in. (It took us over three months to even move our furniture in, so I suppose that's no surprise.)
