Sawyer's 5th Birthday

March 2nd, we celebrated Sawyer's 5th Birthday! He was very excited to be the first to have a birthday in our new house. He woke up to the house magically decorated, which thrilled him. We played the "Birthday" song by the Beattles and danced in the morning, as is tradition in our house. I took him to McDonalds for lunch and they played in the playplace. While there, he told everyone that it was his birthday and he was 5. He's not shy around kids. For dinner he requested Cereal, so I bought different types of cereal, loved his choice. I copied Mary's cake for Luke and did our version for Sawyer. They loved it and couldn't eat much. The presents are always fun to watch kids open. The other kids go around the house and find presents to re-gift each sibling. Sawyer was so happy to get Julia's Sea World Dolphin! He had a wonderful day! Sawyer cannot wait until he gets to go to Kindergarten. He loves to countdown to any event happening (a boy after my own heart). He is very athletic, handsome, and loves to think of good ideas. He adores his older brother Spencer and can't wait for him to come home and finish his homework so he can play. We love our Sawyer!
